The Generation That Can Fix Africa….

Fred Swaniker (born c. 1976) is a Ghanaian serial entrepreneur and leadership development expert. He has launched five organizations that aim at developing leaders, primarily in Africa. He is the chairman and founder of the African Leadership Academy, an institution located outside Johannesburg in South Africa that aims to develop 6,000 transformative leaders for Africa over a 50-year period. He is also the founder of African Leadership Network, Global Leadership Adventures, AfricaAdvisory Group and the latest project Africa’s Leadership University (ALU).

Lindelwa and Magcino of Mbewu Movement attended the ALU Information Session, held in Johannesburg and were immensely inspired by Fred’s vision and mission.

Who knows- Fred might just be a Mentor Speaker in one of the Mbewu Movement mentor sessions for 2015 😉
